Introduction to Rock Climbing - Quadra Island March 20 /21
This two day course will cover all the basics, from knots, equipment, climbing, rappelling, crag safety, belaying, etc. All equipment is provided. Please ensure your medical and waiver accompanies your self on the first day. If you have your own equipment please bring it on day one for inspection.
